Lumens & Watts was founded by Russell Brittain, bringing over 40 years of electrical and lighting industry experience across product development, category management, procurement, supplier negotiation, range creation, commercial strategy and project-based sourcing.

Lumens & Watts is not a standard lighting retailer, wholesaler or installer. It helps clients and project partners make better lighting and electrical product decisions with a focus on design intent, finish detail, product quality, supplier reliability, lead times and clear communication.

The business works with interior designers, contractors, developers, architects and private clients on premium residential and boutique commercial projects where lighting and electrical detail matters.

Where projects require specialist lighting design input, Lumens & Watts works in collaboration with Sam Coles Lighting Design — combining lighting design expertise with product sourcing, supplier coordination and supply support.
